How we handle your report
What we keep
Only what you type and the files you add. If you stay anonymous we keep no name, email or phone. We do not store your internet address with your report.
Who reads it
Only the SNS person responsible for reports. Reports and files are stored encrypted, every opening is logged, and nothing is ever published.
What we may do
Look into it, raise it with the office concerned, or refer it to the right authority. We will not share who you are without your permission, unless the law requires it.
What others may see
Like every website, our hosting and Cloudflare keep standard access logs. We do not link them to reports. The spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile.
